Tina Cantwell is an English architectural designer with over two decades of experience focusing on planning, strategy, and architecture. Her wealth of knowledge and expertise enables her to optimize and navigate projects to creative, effective solutions.

Tina has worked on four continents and eight countries over a span of 25 years on multiple award-winning projects that range in scale and type from conception to completion with a 100% success rate with city approvals domestically in the U.S..

At 19, Tina was awarded the Commonwealth Scholarship and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors of Architecture from the University of Kentucky School of Architecture, with semesters in Paris and Berlin, and an internship with architect Peter Eisenman in New York.

Tina worked in Los Angeles for seven years for Cuningham Group on a variety of complex projects in hospitality, entertainment and masterplanning before moving to Seattle to work for Callison as an assoicate principle. While at Callison, Tina had the opportunity to work in Moscow building shopping centers for Ikea, act as lead designer on City Creek Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, and travel extensively through the Middle East for the Porto Arabia project in Qatar.

From 2014 to 2020 Tina worked in collaboration with B+H a Toronto-based firm where she helped the Seattle office grow, wearing many hats between mulitfamily and hospitality to mixed use and development solutions while managing clients and teams.

Tina lives in Seattle with her husband and their daughter and son.
